We would like to inform you that we have revised our guidelines regarding fan letters for the members. Please review the updated information below.
The same guidelines also apply to on-site events.
【Effective Date】
These revised guidelines will apply to fan letters postmarked on or after Saturday, August 1, 2026.
※Book-format or booklet-type fan letters are not accepted under the current guidelines and will continue to be ineligible for submission. We appreciate your understanding.

【How to Send Fan Letters】
Only fan letters written on the designated paper will be accepted. Please refer to the information below for details about the designated paper.
＜Acceptable Items＞
Only the items listed below will be accepted. Please also refer to the Prohibited Items section below before sending your fan letter.
・Letter paper
・Postcards
・Greeting cards (excluding pop-up and fold-out cards)
・Photographs
・Shikishi boards (limited to standard commercially available boards; foldable, pop-up, or irregularly shaped boards are not accepted)
＜Prohibited Items＞
Items other than the designated paper, including any of the items listed below, cannot be delivered to the members. We appreciate your understanding.
・Any items other than those listed under Acceptable Items (including gifts)
・New Year’s postcards or any materials containing lottery or prize draw numbers.
・Photos printed on materials other than photographic paper.
・Paper or materials with a strong odor.
・Postcards that do not contain a handwritten message from the sender.
・Albums, book-format, or booklet-style items.
・Pop-up cards, fold-out cards, origami, or any other three-dimensional items.
・Items containing metal or electronic components.
・Items containing messages that are offensive or contrary to public order and morals.
・Any other items deemed inappropriate in content or format at the discretion of the Fan Letter Department.
＜Handling of Personal Information＞
Letters containing personal information such as the sender’s real name or address cannot be delivered to the members.
If the sender’s address is written on the envelope, only the enclosed letter or stationery will be delivered to the member.
※After confirming the contents, submitted items will be delivered to the member through our staff.
※Please note that, in principle, submitted items cannot be returned.
※Please refrain from delivering fan letters directly to our office.
