【How to Participate in Limitalk & Important Notes】
■ One-on-One Online Talk Event (Limitalk)
“Limitalk” is a dedicated smartphone app that allows artists and customers to enjoy one-on-one video calls.
① Purchase the eligible product via Limista.
② Download the “Limitalk” app from the App Store or Google Play.
③ Launch the app, enter your Limista member registration “email address” and “password,” and log in.
④ A After confirming that the app is functioning properly, please enter your purchased talk room. (Be sure to check the entry time for your session.)
⑤ Once you enter, your position in the queue will be displayed, so please wait until your turn.
⑥ When your turn comes, the talk will begin.

〇 Eligibility & Prohibited Actions
・The transfer of participation rights and proxy purchases (including family members) are strictly prohibited.
・Only the person who applied is allowed to participate. Participation by multiple people is not permitted.
・Screenshots during the talk are allowed. (Please refrain from screen recording.)
・If any behavior deemed to violate public order and morals, or inappropriate expressions in conversation (such as defamation of artists or unanswerable questions) are observed, staff may, at their discretion, interrupt the conversation and ask you to leave.
・If you fail to follow these guidelines, staff may, at their discretion, suspend or terminate the talk, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.
〇 Regarding Purchase & Room Entry
・Room entry is accepted from 10 minutes before the start time until 35 minutes after. After that, entry will no longer be possible, and transfers to other sessions will not be allowed.
・If purchasing on the day of the event, please allow sufficient time to complete the process.
・Additional purchases can only be made after you have completed the talk session for which you initially obtained participation rights.
・If you wish to make additional purchases, please adjust your schedule, such as by entering earlier.
・Depending on event progress, you may be required to wait, so please participate with sufficient time available.
・Talks will be conducted in the order of room entry.
・Depending on other participants, your waiting position may move up.
・You may enter each talk room only once per session. After it ends, you can enter a different room.
・If the app is not open or your connection is unstable when it is your turn, it may be treated as a cancellation. You may re-enter within the allowed entry time, but not after the deadline.
・If you purchase sessions for multiple members in the same time slot, please pay close attention to each room’s entry deadline.
・Due to the app’s specifications, participation requires the camera to be turned on; however, showing your face is not required for this event.
〇 Regarding Room Entry & Cancellation
・If you do not log in between the room entry start time and the talk start time, it will be treated as a cancellation, and no refunds will be issued.
・Please refrain from repeatedly entering and exiting the room or operating other apps or browsers during participation.
・Refunds or rescheduling due to customer-related reasons, including non-participation or connection issues, will not be provided.
〇 Recommended Environment
・OS / Browser: The latest versions of iOS or Android are recommended (operation is not guaranteed on all devices or environments).
・Audio / Connection: Please avoid background noise and participate from a quiet location with a stable internet connection.
・Earphones / Headphones: Wired types are recommended (wireless devices may cause unstable performance).
・External Monitor: Screen casting from a smartphone is not supported. Please participate using a single smartphone device.
〇 Other Important Notes
・In the event of system issues, you may be contacted via your registered phone number.
・Please note that proper operation may not be guaranteed when participating from overseas.
